I am writing to seek your support in completing our school’s main gathering hall, which remains unfinished. The approximate cost details are attached for your reference.

Additionally, we are facing a shortage of essential furniture. This year, we urgently need ten chairs and tables for students, with an expected increase in the coming years. We also require five chairs and tables for teachers and the existing furniture is severely damaged and in need of replacement.
